Refunds and Exchanges



Due to the fact that each item is Custom made, I do not accept returns,  exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


Returns and Exchange Details

If you are not happy with the item that was shipped, please contact us along with a reason and picture of the item received.  Should a refund or exchange be warranted, the item should be returned in the same condition as it was when it was originally sent.  We must receive the item within 7 business days from the day that it was received.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping, which is non-refundable.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.




We currently only ship within the US at this time.  Please allow 4-6 business days for completed items to be shipped, as our items are made only after your order has been placed. We use both USPS Priority Mail services, and UPS and provide a tracking numbers once the item has been shipped.  If any item you order is a gift, please specify and we will be happy to ship to the desired location!

Custom Orders:  If you see something that you like, but would like to add your own flare to it, please contact us!  Please be sure to include additional details for the custom item, such as color(s) and size.  We will also message you with pricing information, and create a post specifically for you! Shipping policies above still apply.
